Another great month of blogging, and reading informative posts from other bloggers has passed. Here are a few that stood out to me:
If I’ve heard it once, I’ve heard it a hundred times, “Organic farming can’t feed the world.” Well, “hogwash,” I say. Here’s one bloggers take on the subject: Can Organic Farming “Feed the World”?

We all know how beneficial probiotics are, so why would I love a post that encourages us to not take probiotic supplements? Read Three Reasons to Stop Taking Probiotics and find out.
While we’re talking probiotics, here’s a post with lots of links to other blogs and articles about fermenting foods. Links to recipes are included, too. It’s called Get Inspired to Make Fermented Foods. I may be prejudiced with this one – the author linked to one of my recipes! Really, though, if you’re new to fermenting, this is a great place to start.
And speaking of fermented foods, I found this recipe for Fermented Purple Cabbage and Orange Sauerkraut. Another great way to make nutrient-dense food teaming with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and probiotics that helps strengthen and heal your digestive system.
I found a number of other recipes to try as well:
- Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Cranberry Brown Butter
- Creamed Collards
- Power Breakfast Parfait
- GAPS Chocolate Chips (Honey-Sweetened, Cocoa butter-based)
- Fudgy Naturally-Sweetened Brownies (Vegan, Gluten Free and Sugar Free)
And recipes and tips for natural healing and natural products:

- Homemade Liquid Hand Soap
