Here are some of the posts I’ve loved throughout October. There is always so much to learn!

Nourishing Joy posted A Common Sense Guide to Vaccines with a free printable vaccine guide. This is a hot topic these days and Kresha’s article lists pros and cons of both sides of the controversy.

Thank Your Body has a great recipe for homemade bleach so that you can whiten your clothes naturally without harmful chemicals.

How I love Dimes2Vines post on cholesterol. So good to hear such common sense!

I love walking in the woods and looking for mushrooms. The variety is endless and so I couldn’t help but love And Here We Are‘s post on mushroom hunting. And Arian’s photos are a delight!

Carrot dessert? I’ve only known carrot cake. This Indian recipe for Carrot Halva sounds wonderful. I’ll have to give it a try!

What a great idea! Homemade mascara that’s super easy to make from Thank Your Body.

What are you learning? What are some of your favorite posts from this past month?

Thanks, Ariana, but I have to give credit for the photo to Kristel@HealthyFrugalista who is my guest blogger for that post.
