Warming Qualities of Chai Spice Bath Salts
Chai spices are warming not only when you consume them, but when you bath with them as well. So, the next time you are “chilled to the bone,” warm yourself up with these amazing bath salts.
Bath salts help you to unwind and relieve stress as well, so enjoy as often as you like.
Good For Your Skin
Dead Sea salt has a higher mineral content than regular sea salt and is considered highly therapeutic.
And these salts have been shown to improve skin quality.
This study found that bathing in water to which Dead Sea salt was added resulted in improved skin barrier function, moisturized skin better than plain tap water, and significantly reduced skin roughness and redness.
I like to add baking soda to the bath salt recipe as well since it helps the water to feel softer on my skin.
The chai spice bath salts can be added directly to your bath, but a quick rinse of your tub will be required afterwards. Alternatively, you can put the bath salts in small, muslin bags.
Your warm, luxuriant bath is waiting for you; enjoy!

I would love to try this recipe but I only have a walk in shower, any suggestions? Foot soaks are great but I’d still like a whole body experience. Thank you for your dedication to this newsletter, I enjoy it a lot.

Have you seen shower bombs? You put them on the floor of the shower (away from the direct stream of water or it will dissolve quickly). So perhaps you could do something similar with this recipe. I would add a little citric acid to make it fizz because that will cause the aroma to rise.
