Lemon Balm Iced TeaJune 15, 2016 byLemon Balm Iced Tea Print recipe Ingredients2 quarts water1 Large handful of fresh lemon balm1/3 cup raw honey Directions 1.Boil 2 quarts of water in a 3 quart or larger pot. 2.Add the lemon balm and allow to steep for about an hour. 3.Remove the lemon balm by straining. 4.Be sure the temperature of the tea is below 110°F and add the raw honey. Mix thoroughly. 5.Serve chilled.
