Puree all ingredients until smooth. A small amount of water may be needed to blend smoothly.

Pour onto 2 dehydrator sheets or parchment paper. Spread thinly and evenly, and dehydrate at 100°F until leathery. Higher temperatures may be used, but they will destroy the enzymes in the raw honey.
