mayonnaise
or use homemade

prepared mustard
or homemade probiotic mustard*

raw honey

lemon juice

garlic
or fermented garlic** (pressed)

Instructions
Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk; thin with a small amount of filtered water if necessary to reach desired consistency.
